1. You may return an item you purchased from Newproduct Info for any reason, no questions asked, up to 30 days from the date it was delivered.
2. Use the part number or the description to make your decision.
3. If we make a mistake, we will pay for shipping both ways and get the product back at no cost to you.
4. If you decide to cancel your order, please email our customer service immediately. If we do not catch your cancellation before the order has been processed, then your cancellation is now treated like a regular return.
5. Returns incur the following fees:
5a. If we made an error, there are no fees, and you will be refunded in full.
5b. If you canceled the order within 24 hrs. after it has been processed, there is no fee.
5c. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6. We need to inspect returned items and some require extensive testing before we can resell them. 7. You do not need an authorization number to return a product.
8. Return the product in its original packing and condition to the address we provide to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the shipment for your own protection. We will credit your account once we process the return (please allow up to two weeks once we received the returned item).
9. Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping: Occasionally a product will be mishandled and get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please call the freight company who delivered your order to activate their claims program.
